Suggestions for Preparing Your Application

Authors are advised to review the author instructions page prior to following the Submit a Product link. Authors should also refer to the review criteria when answering the product application questions.


In preparation for submitting your online application, you should complete the narrative portion of the application and the Copyright and HIPAA Questions for Authors using the Product Application Narrative Template and save a copy for your records. If revisions are requested to your application, you will need to resubmit your application online. Having a saved version of the Narrative and the Copyright and HIPPA Questions for Authors Sections will save you time.
